Here are 6 reasons why you might want to work with an interior designer—for projects large and small.

1)      INTERIOR DESIGNERS ARE OFTEN PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED

Kristy holds a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design and an Associates Degree in Architectural Design. She frequently attends trade markets and conferences to ensure your home is a unique one-of-a-kind reflection of your style and function. Kristy has over 20 years experience in Interior Design and sweats the small stuff. Did you measure the staircase to ensure your sectional will fit in the basement? Will your marble slab fit through the front door and the various rooms to be successfully installed without cracking in your designated space?

2)      DESIGNERS BRING FRESH EYES AND UNEXPECTED IDEAS

With a creative mind and an adventurous soul, Kristy travels globally and visits trade markets to provide a finger on the pulse in the design world. Her creative touch is a great addition to bring magic and entertainment to you throughout the design process. It is hard not to love her and feel the connection.

3)      THEY'RE MORE LIKELY TO MAKE SURE YOUR GORGEOUS SPACE IS ACTUALLY FUNCTIONAL

With 20 years of experience in construction of furniture she can procure beautiful and comfortable furniture that fits each one of her clients.

4)      YOU’LL GET ACCESS TO THEIR INSIDER NETWORK OF TRADESPEOPLE

You’ll be introduced to vendors that you do not see in every day box stores. In short, your interiors won’t be in your neighbor’s home. We’re here to “LEVEL UP THE JONES!”

5)      THEY CAN COMMISSION CUSTOM ELEMENTS NOT READILY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC

Kristy has great access to local artisans that have collaborated in creating art and furnishings.

6)      YOU’LL GET IT RIGHT, ONCE AND FOR ALL

Pick Kristy’s brain. She knows that buckskin leather should never be in a high traffic area, but pebbled leather is great to wrap on a kitchen island because of its durability. Terracotta tile is great for residential use but should never go in a commercial space. Porcelain is very durable and can take a lick and keep on ticking. Wallpaper is a great layer to provide in a home, but you can’t just slap it on a wall you have many steps prior like skim coating and priming with the proper gardz.
